NABARD MABIF hosted an insightful seminar on “Nutraceutical Prospects of Probiotic Grain-Based Foods” led by Dr. Samlesh Kumari, Ph.D., ARS, Scientist at ICAR-Central Institute of Agricultural Engineering and Visiting Faculty at the University of Guelph, Ontario, Canada along with Mr. Shankaran Ramamurthy, Frigoscan Post Harvest Technologies on 28th January 2025 at MABIF, AC&RI, Madurai.
The seminar explored the exciting potential of probiotic grain-based foods and their role in improving health through fermentation. Here are the key highlights:
