NABARD MABIF encourages the exposure visit for students with the opportunity to learn about entrepreneurship and innovation in the agribusiness sector. These visits are designed to give students hands-on experience of interacting with startup companies in the agribusiness sector and to expose them to different aspects of agribusiness including production, processing and sales & marketing of food manufacturing sectors.
As a part of their exposure visit, students from Latha Mathavan Engineering College, Mohammad Sathak Engineering College, Sethu Baskara Agricultural College & Research Foundation, Madurai Institute of Social Sciences, Kamaraj College of Engineering and Technology and SRM College of Agricultural Sciences visited the MABIF, to know about the incubation centre activities towards the empowerment of startup ecosystems. MABIF explained the opportunities that are provided by the government to the startups/entrepreneurs/Farmers/FPOs for their products/services.
Around 300 students actively participated in this exposure visit.
